● Road Usage
In order to maintain a safe, pleasant and peaceful place for all Birch Shores’ property owners, we have a short list of community rules. Please remember that each property owner is responsible for ensuring that their family and guests are aware of and follow our community rules
- No lot may be used for other than single family residential purpose
- The speed limit on all roads in Birch Shores is 25 mph, unless posted otherwise
- All vehicles, including ORVs, should obey the rules of the road.
- Please no weaving, doughnuts, fishtailing, etc. as this degrades and damages our dirt roads
- All dogs must be kept on a leash, in a fenced in yard, or under the owner’s direct control at all times. Under no circumstances shall pets be allowed to run loose and unattended
- Trailers, campers and mobile homes shall not be used for short or long term living or occupancy purposes, except during the active construction of a residence
- Yard debris disposed of in the Nature Preserve should be placed all the way to the inside of the electrical lines right-of-way
- All signs, including political signs, are prohibited except for (a) a sign identifying the property owners and lot number, and (b) a small for sale sign if the property has been listed for sale
- No unreasonably noisy activity is permitted at any time
